Our story started junior year of high school, when Bryce moved to Texas and started at his new school not knowing a single person… until he met Madeleine. What began as simple conversations quickly turned into the kind of best friendship everyone around could see was different. We joked and talked about everything, and before long, friendship turned into something more meaningful.

We dated, we grew closer, and we built something special. But life pulled us in different directions, and we eventually drifted apart. We moved, we changed, we grew — just not together. Even so, that connection never fully disappeared.

After years of life continuing separately, we found our way back to each other. A message, a conversation, a familiar laugh — and suddenly it felt like no time had passed at all. The comfort came back immediately. The spark came back effortlessly. It didn’t feel like starting something new; it felt like returning to something real.

Reuniting reminded us that the best stories don’t always run in a straight line. Sometimes love circles back when the timing is finally right. From high school best friends to a long detour to finding our way back — our journey has been anything but ordinary.

Now we get to write the rest of our story together, and we can’t wait to celebrate this chapter with the people who mean the most to us.
